Our vision is to provide affordable, decent and hospitable homes for Nigerians and foreigners in any country in the world with security and comfort being our watchword.
Our major vision is to provide home for Nigerians abroad which can be an investment property while they are still working abroad generating a reasonable income stream and appreciating in value over the years. These homes can be retired into whenever the concerning individual decides to return home which is the ultimate.
Our decision to do this was premeditated from the losses suffered by Nigerians in their bid to invest in real estate back at home either for investment or as a home for holiday. Losses has be incurred due to such funds being given to either friend(s) or family member to put up such property which are neither done or such properties are located in areas which does not fit well with the status of the owners and in most cases such houses were poorly finished with lack of necessary infrastructure(s).
Our target is to bridge this gap and provide homes for Nigerians living in diaspora without complications.
